Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Cups

Cookware and Ingredients Required:
  • Milk chocolate (as much as needed)
  • Caramel (to taste if desired, as much as needed)
  • Simmering pot
  • Mixing bowl
  • Balloons
  • Cookie sheet

Instructions:
  • Pre-inflate the balloons, as many as you need to match the amount of cups desired.
  • Melt down your milk chocolate (and caramel, if you elected to use it in this recipe) in your simmering pot, and once it is a nice, melty consistency, pour it into your mixing bowl.
  • Dunk the top portion of the balloons into the melted concoction, and place them onto the cookie sheet to dry. (You can also apply sprinkles at this point.)
  • Once the chocolate is dried, use a safety pin to puncture the balloons for easy removal.
