- Milk chocolate (as much as needed)
- Caramel (to taste if desired, as much as needed)
- Simmering pot
- Mixing bowl
- Balloons
- Cookie sheet
Instructions:
- Pre-inflate the balloons, as many as you need to match the amount of cups desired.
- Melt down your milk chocolate (and caramel, if you elected to use it in this recipe) in your simmering pot, and once it is a nice, melty consistency, pour it into your mixing bowl.
- Dunk the top portion of the balloons into the melted concoction, and place them onto the cookie sheet to dry. (You can also apply sprinkles at this point.)
- Once the chocolate is dried, use a safety pin to puncture the balloons for easy removal.
